However, it is not mandatory to have such experiences, but you need to be fit and fine physically as well as mentally and no any technical skills are required to trek in Annapurna Region. Anyway, Rising Adventure believes in that if anyone has the strong intention to do something, s/he will be successful definitely due to his/her courageous will. In addition, Rising Adventure strongly advises you to have the regular exercises like jogging, walking, running, etc even for some periods of time before going to trekking because we agree that such types of exercise also helps to do trekking very easily in the higher elevation. At last we advise you to consult with doctor before heading to do any kinds of adventure activities.

Best Seasons

Trekking in Annapurna Region is very best in autumn as well as in spring seasons. So, it is crowded in these both seasons. If anyone prefers to have trekking in less crowded time for enjoying much, s/he can plan for trekking in winter in this area, though, it is cold. Although, it is quite boring to trek in the higher elevation in summer and monsoon seasons due to rainy times, you can make a plan to trek in the lower elevation in these seasons.
