If the guest hides his/her physical problems or diseases, he/she will be responsible for all the expenses and results. Be physically and mentally fit for the trek/trip you are going to do. In the mountains, there are fewer health posts and also they do not have highly skillful doctors. So, health and physical fitness should be cleared before starting the trek/trip.
