Health and physical fitness are important for the adventure activities like trekking. The Rising Adventure Company tries to know our guest’s health condition to ensure the safe trip. If the guest hides his/her physical problems or the diseases, he/she will be responsible for all the expenses and results. Be physically and mentally fit for the trek/trip you are going to do. In the mountains, there are less health posts and also they do not have highly skilful doctors. So, health and physical fitness should be cleared before starting the trek/trip.
