We chose Rising Adventures for an April 2023 trip but had to postpone due to a minor accident at home until October 2023. Chandon of Rising Adventure was very accommodating. In October he was there at the airport to greet us and take us to our hotel. The next day we met our excellently guide Abinash and our assistant guide Sujan. These two men took great care of us for the next 16 days in the Tsun Valley trip and on the Manaslu Circuit. They made sure we were comfortable and well fed and kept us well informed with regard to the people and places we saw on our excellent visit to this most beautiful part of Nepal. Had an awesome 5-day trek to Mardi Himal. Our guide Bishal knew everything about the place and Ram, our porter, was all smiles and strength, made our journey super smooth. Both guys were great - they made sure we were well looked after and really brought the trip to life. The trek was a good challenge with some beautiful views that are totally worth the effort. Definitely recommend it if you're up for an adventure. Shout out to Bishal and Ram for being absolute champs!

My wife and i booked the Everest Base Camp trek through Rising Adventure which is owned by Chandan Thapa. From the word go, Chandan had been in contact with all the details pre arrival and upon landing in Nepal, we were greeted by Hari (Manish) our guide for the trek. We were also joined by a fellow Slovakian trekker to EBC .
On day one, we were faced with cancelled flights to Lukla due to unfavourable weather conditions but Chandan and Hari worked their magic to get us Chopper rides to Surke where we were joined by Bimal and Prabu Ram, our two porters for the trip.
One of our Porter's(Bimal) fell sick at Namche and Hari again worked his magic to arrange a immediate replacement porter (Naveen).
Hari was very well organised and informative throughout our trekking adventure to EBC always pointing out all the mountains and explaining the history of the area as we passed eached settlement. On days we felt tired or felt could not push on, Hari encouraged us to take one step at a time until we reached our destination for the day.
On day eight we were elated to reach the Everest Base Camp and we ended up with hugs and high fives. We formed a good bond over the 9 days trip and Hari felt like a family member who we had known for years.
We would like to wish a successful future to Rising Adventure and a big thank you to our guide and friend Hari for helping us forge a lifetime of memories.

We booked a 13 day EBC Trekking tour with Rising Adventure online. From the beginning the communication was great and Chandan, the owner was so helpful! We had a couple of individual changes which he all accommodated. This made it so much easier. Our Guide Sundar picked us up at the airport and helped with equipment shopping as we were overwhelmed after 36 hours of travelling. He was very knowledgeable throughout the trekking and helped us through the whole experience. He paid attention to safety and made the whole 13 days a smooth journey. He was super helpful to accommodate us and made sure that everything in the teahouses worked out. At the end of the trekking trip it was difficult to get out of Lukla, so Sundar organized with Chandan a Helicopter to make sure we could leave as planned. Also out porter Sunil was great and he showed us around at the base camp! We made some changes at the end of our stay after the trekking and again Chandan helped us organizing a car ride to Chitwan and upon our return to Kathmandu he organized a driver who showed us to two attractions in Kathmandu, so we could make use of our time to the last minute of our stay.
Over all: we can only highly recommend Rising Adventure! Thank you Chandan, Sundar and Sunil

What an amazing experience this was. Truly the experience of a lifetime. We set up a private tour which really let us customize. What I most appreciated, though, was their willingness to work with us when we confronted a pass too deep in snow to get through. We got to go to Everest Base Camp instead and still do the other two passes. Always felt well supported by our guide and porter. I would recommend this company, Rising Adventure to anyone, and I know there are many choices in this business. My one piece of advice is to probe on the gear list if you have any questions. For instance, our definition of particular types of gear may not be exactly what they were meant in the list. Easily addressed via an email though if you have any doubts.

A good and very professional tour agency. The founder, Mr Chandan Thapa , made a very good planning before I flew to Kathmandu. The arrangement, together with the tour guide and porter provided, make my 14 days ABC trekking trip enjoyable and memorable. Except the planed trekking trip, Chandan also arranged a ad hoc one day sightseeing around the City Kathmandu , plus a special Mountain flight to Everest trip. It really enjoyable. Indeed, after the trip, we became a good friend and make me to plan my EBC trip for next year. Thank you, Chanda and your friendly guide and staff. Cheers 😀

Finally, when comparing costs, despite Rising Adventure providing the most incredible service, they are way less expensive than the bigger, more corporate company’s.

I also recommend Sundar as the professional mountain leader. he is also a responsible person who will take care of you 24/7, also an easy-going man who constantly observe your body condition and adjust the itinerary accordingly on the mountain, of course he shared lot of life experience living in Nepal, gave me lot of motivation during the trek. In general, I feel safe and and comfortable with him.
