      Level of Physical Fitness

      Mount Everest Trekking is a moderate trekking destination, even a beginner can reach the base camp of Everest if s/he follows some tips and tricks. They are below;

      • Do some normal exercise like cycling, jogging, and walking at least one month before a trek begins
      • Visit some hiking destinations for acclimatization practice
      • Make your body hydrated by drinking lots of water during the EBC trek
      • Avoid the alcoholic things
      • Measure your oxygen level daily during the trekking days

      Difficulty Level

      The high altitude, cold temperature, rough and terrain trails, and ups and downs paths play the main role in building up the difficulty level of the EBC trek destination. However, it is neither hard nor an easy trek. With proper guidance, physical and mental health support helps to conquer the difficulties and succeed.

      Transportation to reach Lukla

      Food

      We serve any nationality food till to Namche Bazaar. Then, the limitation of food selection occurs due to the high elevation places and lack of transportation. The Horses are the main source of transportation to supply the goods in high-altitude places. So, the cost of food is also expensive.

        Such a Great tour company ...very HIGHLY recommended !!

        Julie D, AustraliaTrip Date: January 03, 2024

        I am an experienced business and tourist traveller, and I've organised trips myself and via tour companies over many years,  I am just SO impressed by the services offered by Rising Adventure which is owned and operated by Chandan.  In fact I cannot recommend this company HIGHLY enough!!!

        My adult daughter and her friends booked via Chandan about 4 years ago for a trek.  Based on their positive experience, we decided to utilise this company again.  During this trip there were five in our group; three doing a trek and two including myself who wanted to travel in part separately and more broadly,   Chandan managed to work out affordable and excellent options for us all.  We had some days together, then apart covering the different interests and then back together again.   His coordinated efforts which we arranged in advance meant tbat I could literally sit back and relax and know that everything was taken care of.  This included pickup and drop off from airports,  hotels, busses, domestic airlines etc..and a number of meals were also included.  Rising adventure's services also included help with various unexpected problems eg money issues for our ongoing trip to India, problems with busses I had arranged separately, not to mention a delicious and very special "goodbye" dinner with -Chandan personally, his delightful wife and our lovely trek guide the night before our departure from Kathmandu.

        If you are looking for brilliant service at a VERY reaonsable price, Rising adventure is the company for you.   This is so highly recommended!
